Meet the team

When the group started, we knew exactly what we didn't want it to become: a big team where you meet one person at the kitchen table and never see them again. The people who hire us are usually moving through one of the biggest decisions of their year — sometimes their decade — and the work deserves more than a hand-off.

So the team is small on purpose. Four of us are licensed, one runs marketing, and a tight bench of stagers, photographers, and trusted contractors backs us up. That's it. The lead agent on your file is the one who answers the phone when an offer comes in. The same person reads the inspection report, sits at the negotiating table, and walks your buyer through the final walk-through.

We add to the team rarely, and only when we meet someone whose standard of work matches the rest. The fifth seat is intentionally open right now. Until the right agent comes along, we'd rather under-promise on capacity than overpromise on care.
